Refund and cancellation policy

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through the Stripe billing portal and remain active through the paid billing period.

If a paid feature is unavailable or materially fails to match its description, email support@retirefire.net from the address used for the purchase. Eligible refund requests made within 14 days will be reviewed promptly. One-time reports already substantially used or downloaded may not be refundable except where required by law.

Stripe receipts identify the merchant as Frobb Media LLC, the operator of RetireFire.
